By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the Service

eSIMM EU provides prepaid mobile data plans delivered digitally through eSIM technology.

Our services include:

  • International eSIM plans
  • Country and regional data packages
  • Data top-ups
  • QR code delivery
  • Digital activation support
  • Subscription or recurring plans where offered

All services are delivered electronically after successful payment.

2. Eligibility

By using our website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • Your device is carrier-unlocked
  • Your device supports eSIM technology
  • You are legally allowed to use telecommunications services in your country

It is your responsibility to verify device compatibility before purchase.

3. Orders and Payment

All prices shown on esimm.eu are displayed before checkout and may include applicable taxes such as VAT.

Payments are securely processed by third-party providers including Stripe, Apple, and Google where applicable.

Once payment is successfully completed:

  • Your order is confirmed
  • Your eSIM is generated
  • QR code and installation details are delivered digitally
  • Service becomes active according to plan rules

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of eSIM services, all sales are generally final once the QR code or activation details have been delivered.

Refunds may only be granted in cases such as:

  • Duplicate purchase
  • Technical activation failure caused by our system
  • Unsupported destination sold incorrectly
  • Service not delivered

No refunds are available for:

  • Wrong device compatibility
  • Unsupported phones
  • User installation errors
  • Expired packages
  • Used or partially used plans
  • Wrong destination selected by customer

This section is subject to applicable EU consumer protection laws.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact details
  • Use a valid email address for delivery
  • Install the eSIM correctly
  • Follow device instructions
  • Use the service lawfully
  • Not abuse network resources
  • Not engage in fraud, chargeback abuse, or suspicious activity

We reserve the right to suspend suspicious transactions.

6. Service Availability

Coverage, speed, and latency depend on local telecom operators and supported partner networks.

We do not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted availability
  • exact speeds
  • coverage in all locations
  • compatibility with every device model

Service quality may vary by country, region, building structure, and local operator limitations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eSIMM EU is not liable for:

  • device incompatibility
  • incorrect installation by the user
  • local carrier outages
  • roaming restrictions
  • unsupported devices
  • force majeure events
  • indirect or consequential losses

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected eSIM plan.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, text, graphics, and digital service systems on esimm.eu are the property of eSIMM EU and may not be copied, resold, or reused without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable European Union consumer and e-commerce laws, together with the relevant laws of Belgium where the business is registered.
